Well, where do I start. There are so many reasons to give you to NOT visit Italy, unless of course you are in to history, beauty, sandy beaches and magnificent sunsets
). The Cinque Terre Villages colourful villages clinging to the cliffs of Italy's Ligurian Coast in the Gulf of Genoa. reachable by train or a long walk.
). Florence with its amazing bridges, architecture and history.
). Pisa with THE Tower, an amazing Cathedral, huge bridges and ancient streets.
). Siena The wow factor is in the views over the town from the top of the cathedral, the piazza and the relaxed atmosphere.
). Rome The history and hidden wonders littered around, above you and below. You'll need a week to see a quarter of it.
). Paestum Who would have thought that, just south of Naples, you would stumble upon, not one, not two but three Greek Temples dating back to before the Romans were invading the known world. In fact there was a Roman town there which was built afterwards and was in much worse repair.
). Beaches and Sunsets There are so many beaches to relax on at the end of the day and watch the sun setting over the horizon and this is just one of them.
